Once allotted and agreement signed, the prices are firm. All payments to be made by Demand Draft / Local Cheque favorable, Green Gate Project Pvt. Ltd. at Ernakulam. Individual houses will be completed within 24 months of obtaining the individual building license. Possession of the building shall be given to the payee only after setting all the dues to the company. Green Gate reserves the right to accept or reject any application. Statutory deposits, building tax, sales tax to be paid by the buyers. Also the buyer is also responsible for the deposits for power, water, and house owners association share of cost of transformer and its cabling, construction workers welfare fund and other deposits. All transactions are subject to Ernakulam Jurisdiction only.

Documentation
Possession of the land (plot) will be handed over to the payee at the time of booking, subject to the indemnity. On allotment, an agreement to construct will be executed between the builder and the purchaser. The contract value in the agreement covers the cost of the land, development, building and other common infrastructure. Registration charges and incidental expenses for the registration of the land will be to the buyers account, to be paid at the time of registration.

Rules and Regulations
Green Gate, Periyar Blossom Tower is a time bound project. In case payments are not made as per agreement signed, Green Gate Project Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the allotment, in which case the amount will be returned without any interest, only after the re allotment to another costumer.

Payment Details
Payment to be made in five installments:-

	On booking	:	Rs 1,00,000/-
	On Agreement	:	35%(Including booking amount)
	First installment	:	25%
	Second installment	:	20%
	Third installment	:	15%
	On Hand over	:	5%
