Floor with non-slip mat finished ceramic tiles and glazed tiles for walls up to a height of 150 cms. Glazed ordinary colored sanitary fixtures and fittings. Concealed plumbing, hot and cold water tap with shower and terminal for geyser.

Hand Rails
Polished hard wood hand railing for building type GG E.

Windows / Doors
Entrance door with teak wood. Seasoned hard wood frame and paneled shutter for doors. All windows and ventilators shall be in hard wood and glazed shutter for windows in wooden frame.

Painting
Putty and synthetic emulsion wall paint on a priming coat for inside walls. Cement paint for external walls and ceiling. Enamel paint on a priming coat for woodwork and grills.

Electrical
Concealed conduit wiring with copper conductor, adequate light and fan points, 6 amps and 16 A plug points etc. controlled by ELCB and MCBs with independent KSEB meters.

Water Supply
Sump and overhead tank for storing water from KWA supply. Separate independent well for each villa.

Drainage
Independent wastewater pit and septic tank for each villa.

Cable TV
Cable TV terminals in living room and family living.

Telephone Lines
Concealed conduit wiring for two telephone points.

Security
All round compound walls, partition wall between villas. Main Gate with 24 Hours entry restriction & intercom connection with all homes. Independent gate for each villa.
